Merchandise ships free (US Shipping Only) and may be added to the priority mail packaging when ordered in conjunction with paperback books. If not ordered with books, merchandise will be shipped USPS First Class mail or ground mail.
International Shipping – Please email me first before ordering through my website (the automatically calculated shipping costs are ridiculously high). I might be able to find a more affordable option. Merchandise will only be shipped with a book order.
